This a commemorative silver plated bowl for the French naval base Adour.

There is a heavy medallion attached inside the bowl with the naval base's crest.

The bowl is 110mm in diameter and about 27mm deep

The bowl is shiny and has minor scratches and will polish up well

The maker is 'Pichard' embossed on the bottom of the bowl, plus 'Metal Argente' and 'A+P'
