Please be aware that the original manufacturers glue that holds the carboard printed backing and plastic casing together is very weak, causing most original Skylander cardboard packaging to separate from the plastic portion of the item. This is a common occurrence and often unavoidable as Skylander packaging was not intended to stay intact for extended amounts time. Despite this possible occurrence please know that all our rare Skylanders are NEW with original packaging and have NEVER been opened before. We do make every effort to keep the item intact, and if we notice the packaging has begun to separate we use clear non-damaging clips to keep the pieces attached with light pressure to help avoid complete separation. We do not glue or attempt to permanently reattach the packaging as we believe this should be buyers decision to reattach the packaging and in a way they see fit.
Even after such careful packing and given it's very delicate nature, we cannot guarantee that the original packaging will stay completely intact during shipping, as even a light tap can cause the glue to fail and wrapping the item too tightly can also cause damage. We do our very best to carefully pack and secure the item for shipping but we cannot be responsible should the item packaging separate in transit.
