This is a fully populated COM CAT cable that is NOT a molded type, you can actually take the shell apart and get to the wires inside if you wish to use this cable to break out the individual wires inside (or use as it comes).

It is wired straight thru. 1 to 1, 2 to 2, etc. ALL 9 pins are wired.
The cable is 35" long from end of connector to end of connector.
