Up for Sale is a Beautiful Sterling Silver Russian Ornately Hand Painted Pendant Of A Woman ~Art Deco Style~
* Wonderful color palate used. The portrait of this Beautiful Brunette Maiden is shown with features that are intricately detailed. She has blue eyes and red lips. The brush used by the artist must have been extremely fine. The portrait is painted on a Mother of Pearl Background- easily identified from the back of the pendant (see photos). There are beautiful highlights of gold paint throughout the front of the portrait which really makes it stand out!
* The artist skillfully managed to sign their name in Russian at the bottom of the piece- in the 5-7 o'clock position.
* The Pendant measures ~27mm in diameter. From the top of the ornately decorated saddle shaped bail to the bottom of the pendant is ~1 3/4 inches tall. The opening of the bail is fairly wide ~ 7mm.
* This item is very near NEW condition. Purchased and stored but worn only once or twice and stored for many years.
