You have found the missing piece to your Nautical Collection! Here is a 3D Frame & Matted Silver Fish by Alliman. The fish is about 9 1/4" by 4 3/8" and appears to be made from Fabric. the matting is Black with a Red Boarder. The frame is a Black & Silver Gloss Finish. It is Signed by the Artist, and was Framed by All City Picture Framing in North Miami Beach, Florida, The overall frame size is 12 3/8" by 8 3/8".
