XT60 adapter for Dewalt or Hercules 20V max batteries
Note:This is not a charger or converter, it only outputs battery voltage and power directly from your battery. You will NOT be able to charge your house or power your vaccume cleaner with this product directly.
Based on our popular design (Listing http://www.ebay.com/itm/142979592702), this new adapter has dual XT60 outputs allowing easier integration with our future add-on modules currently in development. Produced in outdoor resistant material, made with genuine XT60 connectors, and extra flexible tinned copper silicone insulation wires. Designed, and Assembled in the USA.
Warning: To use this adapter properly, we recommend using a fuse thats rated about 30% higher than the max current you expect to draw. We also recommend adding a low voltage disconnect circuit or a timer to prevent the battery from dropping past low voltage threshold (which will damage the battery or shorten its life span); (Max battery voltage/4.2)*3.3 = typical low voltage threshold. To protect your device you should convert your voltage using a DCDC converter to match your device's acceptable voltage range. We do not recommend buying this item without fully understanding how to use it properly, protect the battery, and the device you intend to power.
Do not use this adapter to charge your battery
Do not short circuit battery or draw more than 20amps continuous (12gauge), 30amps continuous (10 gauge)
Disconnect the battery before it reaches 15volts or you will kill your battery
Do not leave battery charged at 100% for long periods of time, recommended to store battery at 70% charge (prolongs battery life)
