When you open the buckles and lift the flap there is an organizer area for office supplies and a key clip.  There is also a full length slit pocket opening.Behind that is a full zippered compartment.  The backside of the bag has a 3/4 tall slide pocket with a small hook & loop closure.  There is a zipper that expands the bag along the sides and bottom.

Measures approximately 18" wide, 13" high and about 5-6" in depth when expanded
