Butchers Bike Stirrup : Special purpose Stirrup & Tube designed for Low Gravity Buther's/ Message Bike { Butchers Bike with small front wheel }/ Braking stirrup Approx 3 1/4" /8cm across , 4 3/8" /11cm from brake pad line to crown of stirrup, 12" / 30 cm Crown of stirrup to centre of securing bolt. Essentially in good and rust free condition. There are a few tiny marks otherwise intact.
Stirrup & Tube Type 1 : Large front stirrup assembly. Galvanised stirrup / Chrome tube. Some light tarnishing on galvanised section. Braking stirrup approx 3" /7.5cm across at block mounting holes. Aprrox 4" /10cm from brake pad line to crown of stirrup. Crown of stirrup to centre of securing bolt approx 6" /15cm
4" Stirrup & Tube RJB108 : Braking stirrup Approx 3 1/4" /8cm across , 4 3/8" /11cm from brake pad line to crown of stirrup, 5" /12.5cm Crown of stirrup to centre of securing bolt. Essentially these are all in good and rust free condition. There is a little corrosion on some of these , but mainly on the eye bolt securing pin , which will be discarded when in use , and on the eyebolt nut. The very last one has some light surface tarnishing. but still fully functional Better stock will be sent out first. Brake blocks are not included , but brake block supporting brackets are included and fitted.
Small Junior Stirrup & Tube : Braking stirrup Approx 3 1/4" /8cm across , 4 3/8" /11cm from brake pad line to crown of stirrup, 3 1/4" / 8 cm Crown of stirrup to centre of securing bolt. Please note this item has some light surface tarnishing { See Photos }
Pavement Cycle Stirrup : Braking Stirrup Approx 2 7/8" /7cm Across , 4" /10cm from brake pad line to crown of stirrup , 3 " /7.5cm crown of stirrup to centre of eyebolt. Some light tarnishing along the edges of the stirrup . Last one has some rusting on top rod fixing bolt otherwise intact. Part number RJK103
Very Small Stirrup & Tube : Very small stirrup for Pavement cycle s for very small framed cycles .Braking Stirrup Approx 2 1/4" / 5.5cm Across , 3" /7.5cm from brake pad line to crown of stirrup , 6 " / 15 cm crown of stirrup to centre of eyebolt. Some tarnishing on top tube and very light tarnishing on stirrup
Junior Stirrup / 7" Tube : Junior Braking stirrup Approx 2 3/4" / 7cm across , 4 " /10cm from brake pad line to crown of stirrup, 7 1/2" / 19 cm Crown of stirrup to centre of securing bolt. Please note this item has some surface tarnishing particularly on the stirrup tube { See Photos }
Recycled Stirrup No 1 : Saved from a scrapped bike at some point in the past. Item has been well used. Basically sound, but there is a fair amount of tarnishing { See Photos} Complete with brake blocks / used but plenty of life . Braking stirrup Approx 2 1/2" / 6.5 cm across , 4 " /10cm from brake pad line to crown of stirrup ( or 4 1/2" /11.5cm Using lower block fixing holes }, 3 1/4" /8.25cm Crown of stirrup to centre of securing bolt.
2" Tube RJA102 : 2" /5cm Chrome Tube { Measured along straight centre section, Overall length approx 3" /7.5cm from centre of bottom locating hole to centre of top eyebolt .Part number RJA102. Good and rust free condition -. Designed to link the tab and rod from the brake lever with the cradle which then links to the rear brake. Original packaging shown for information only . Items will be supplied without original packing.
10" Tube : 10" / 25cm Chrome Tube , with eyebolt. Good and rust free condition - a little minor rusting on the eyebolt securing pin which will be discarded when these are in use. Designed to link the tab and rod from the brake lever with the cradle which then links to the rear brake.
Left Hand Brake lever : Chrome steel brake lever for left hand { rear|} brake only - this will not work for the right hand / front brake. Minor tarnish marks , best stock will be sent out first. Overall length approx 10 1/2" /27cm , measured as in photo for right hand brake lever

Pair of S/Hand Levers : Pair of brake levers salvaged from a scrapped bike at some point. Essentially sound condition , but some surface tarnishing, especially on the rear { left hand} lever. Includes one nut and washer plus one spring.

Tab & Rod Spare Parts. Small job lot of spare parts for Rod Brake Tab & Rods. 9 assorted parts which have been salvaged / recycled from used Rod brake parts. Comprises : 2 complete Tabs & Rods, but please note that the pivotting on these is seized and will require freeing off in order to use the item. 7 assorted tab plates , 3 of which still have their pivotting bolt attached. 2 of these are still pivotting , the third one is seized and would require freeing off in order to use. 4 plates without pivotting bolt. Mainly of interest to anybody doing regular re-instatements of bikes with rod brakes.
Forward Pivot Type 1 : Black painted forward pivot , connects the tube from the rear brake lever to the link bar leading to the bottom bracket. Bolt fastens through a hole in the frame to the rear of the headset. Type 1 has 1 straight arm approx 5cm length from pivot hole , plus 1 cranked arm approx 5cm length from pivot hole. Bar shown in photos is for information only and is NOT included . Some minor surface tarnishing otherwise sound.

Forward Pivot Bolt : Replacement Bolt & Nut Set for Forward Pivot. Bolt has shouldered head to permit Pivot bracket to move once bolt and nut are fitted. Complete with 2 washers for either side of the frame hole.Overall length from underside of hex head approx 4.2cm Bolt diameter approx 4mm / 5/32" Some minor surface tarnishing otherwise sound
Rear Brake Pivot Cradle : Pivotting cradle assembly for rear brake. Fixes through bike frame immediately in front of bottom bracket shell on Raleigh rod brake system. Please be aware this is NOT the front brake cradle , which fits through the frame at the top end of the down tube immediately behind the front forks. Includes frame bolt and nut and 2 spacers. 2 Halves of cradle assembly , 2 bolts with square locking nuts. No original packaging, a bit grubby from storage otherwise undamaged. Some minor tarnishing on the last three. * LAST ONE which has some more visible tarnishing *
Rear Pivot Cradle Type 2: Pivotting cradle assembly for rear brake. Different shape to cradle above Fixes through bike frame immediately in front of bottom bracket shell on some rod brake systems. Please be aware this is NOT the front brake cradle , which fits through the frame at the top end of the down tube immediately behind the front forks. Includes frame bolt and nut and 2 spacers. Single cradle assembly , 2 bolts with square locking nuts. No original packaging, Some minor marks on some of the inner surfaces otherwise intact.
Rear Link Rod. Chrome link rod designed to connect between forward pivot and rear pivot cradle -{ from headset to bottom bracket } Has a few marks at the plain end , so I suspect this has been trail fitted at some point, otherwise in new condition. Please be aware that these are NOT universal - design of rod varies from system to system.. Overall length of plain section approx 15" / 38cm { Could be shortened if desired. } Length of cranked section from centre of eye to bend approx 1 1/2" / 4cm
49cm Rear Link Rod. Chrome link rod designed to connect between forward pivot and rear pivot cradle -{ from headset to bottom bracket } A few minor tarnish marks, otherwise in good condition. Dual fixing eyes. Please be aware that these are NOT universal - design of rod varies from system to system.. Overall length from centre of fixing eye to centre of fixing eye approx 19 1/4" /49cm
Stirrup Guides Type 1 : Pack of 2 , 1 left hand / 1 right hand black finished stirrup guides. Designed to clamp around the forks or rear stays to hold the end pegs on the braking stirrup and allow the stirrup to move up and down designed for stays around 3/4" x 1/2" oval . Complete with single fixing bolts. Fair condition , some light tarnishing , better sets will be sent out first. Closed ring type stirrup guide, requiring you to remove the stirrup guide if you need to remove the wheel for punctures etc. New Old stock - suspect these may be original 50's / 60's items.

Brake Block Extension Brackets : Pair of Raleigh extension brackets for brake blocks. Designed to allow the brake block to be fitted a little forward of the stirrup and improve braking performance is some situations. Stamped with Raleigh logo and Patent number. Set of 2 , 1 Left hand plus 1 Right hand. Stirrup shown in photos is for information only as to how these are used and is NOT included. Some surface marking on some items, better stock will be sent out first.
Fibrax Brake Pads. : Pair of Carded Brake pads suitable for use with rod brakes. Please note these have been incorrectly packaged as " Caliper Brake Pads" , but the pads themselves are for Rod Brakes. Pads are approx 2" /5cm long , square profile
Fibrax Junior Pads. : Pair of loose Brake pads suitable for use with smaller rod brakes. Junior size , smaller than adult pads above. Pads are approx 1 5/8" /4cm long , square profile
Lever return springs Type 1 : 1 Pair = 1 left hand + 1 Right hand return springs which fit between the tab and the handlebar fixing loop to spring the brake lever back to its open position when lever is released. New & Unused and undamaged. Chrome finish

Lever Return Springs Oddments Pack of 4 Odd Return Springs - 1 x Type 1 , 3 x Type 2. Please note these are NOT pairs.. New & Unused , but one of the type 2 springs is bent away from its normal setting , so it is possible it has been trial fitted at some point { See Last Photo}
Rear Link Return Spring :- So far as I am aware these are designed to improve return springing on some older rod brake systems { Rear brake linkage} . Not something I have ever fitted myself, Overall length approx 2 1/2" /6cm. Some age darkening on metalwork otherwise intact.
