We use a professional HP Z Series wide format photo printer with genuine HP Vivera Pigment inks to give great results every time. Vivera Pigment inks are eco-friendly, non-toxic and water resistant.

Returns

We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days from the date you received it for a full refund. Returned items must be unopened and unused in original undamaged packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning items back to us unless they are faulty. Software that is open cannot be returned for any reason.

Delivery

We use a variety of different carriers to fulfil orders. An opportunity to select a preferred delivery method is given at checkout, however we reserve the right to use other methods or carriers without notice. eBay offers estimated delivery dates, however please remember these are only estimated and not guaranteed delivery dates. We do our best to dispatch orders on time, however sometimes orders may be delivered faster or slower than the estimated dates given by eBay.

Payment

We accept PayPal as the prefered method of payment. We also accept all major credit and debit cards through PayPal without the need for a PayPal account. Payment is to be completed at the time of ordering. Payment must be completed before an order is dispatched.
