YOU WILL NEED… 1 cup hot water 1 small onion, chopped 1 green onion, chopped 3 Tbsp oil DIRECTIONS… Hydrate meatless mix pouch with water. Let sit for 5 min. Heat oil in a pan. Sauté peppers and onion until softened. Stir in meatless mix, cook for 5 min. Serve immediately on warm tortillas. Garnish with cilantro, pickled onions and jalapeno. Makes approximately 6 tacos.
