Shipping to Norway and Scandinavia will be $4.00, unless the card or total of the cards purchased exceeds $75, then they will need to be shipped in a package instead of a flexible envelope, cost is $15.00 for package price, + $2 per hundred for insurance.
Larger purchase amounts( may require priority shipping) depending on value of the items being shipped.
I try to be reasonable with my shipping costs, while trying to protect the items being sent from damage or loss.
