-     Fabulous Bella Casa Lidded Teapot, Creamer, & Sugar Bowl set by Ganz

-     Color:  Greenish (kinda like “Celadon”) in color and Embossed White flowers

-     Marked (see pics):

-     Measurements: (are approximate and at the widest points for length, width, depth, height, diameter, etc.):

o  Teapot: 6” tall, 9” wide x 5 ¼” deep

o  Creamer:

§  5 ¼” long across from spout to handle, 3 ¼” width, 4” tall,

o  Sugar bowl: 4 ½” tall, 3 ½” diameter

-     Condition:

o  Excellent Pre-owned Condition

o  No Chips or No Cracks,

PAYMENTS:  

-     Must be done through PayPal and in U.S. Currency.  Payments are to be received within 3 days of the end of the auction.  

-     I do accept Paypal Internationally and also must be in U.S. currency and within 3 days of the end of the auction.

-     If payment is not received within 3 days of the end of the auction, I, the seller, may elect to cancel the transaction, leave negative feedback, and relist item.  Therefore, please contact me prior to bidder if you need to request alternative payment arrangements.

Shipping/Handling Fees:

-     Shipping and Handling fees may will differ from the amount listed.   Once you bid, you are obligated to pay for the item and my S/H fees.  If After winning the bid, the Shipping and Handling fee is higher than what you paid through Ebay or Etsy, You, the Buyer, agree to pay the difference. Thank You.

-      Shipping may be by Priority Mail, Fed-ex, Economy, by Padded Envelope or even Local Pick up.

-      At times I may give choices of ways to ship… but I take no liability if shipping is done by Economy or Ground.  It is not my preferred way to ship.  But I want to save the buyer shipping cost.  Shipping by Economy or Ground HAS NO INSURANCE. Therefore, with this being said, if item arrives broken/damaged or missing, I DO NOT REFUND.  You, the buyer chose this form of shipping the item,  therefore you chose to take the RISK.

-      At my discretion, I will choose the safest way to ship the item.  Most of my items are shipped in a box and by Priority Mail or Fedex, especially if the item is Porcelain or Glass. 

-      I charge Shipping fees and Handling fees.  This is to help defray the cost of my time to bring you this lovely unique item, my handling, supplies, insurance, etc.

-      I do not ship any item in a box smaller than 6 x 6 x 6.  This is to help reduce the chance the small package will get lost.  Don’t ask me to, I will not.

-      I take the time to pack items very carefully with plenty of bubble wrap, padding, etc. to make sure your item comes to you in good condition.  Please note, I reuse packing material, bubble wrap, boxes, etc to help with recycling. 

-      Processing time is approx. 3 to 5 business days upon confirmed payment.

BREAKAGE:

-      If Item is received broken and is insured under “Priority Mail or Fedex” – I will give the seller the choice to file claim and keep item. If seller decides to file claim -  No Refund will be given.

-      If buyer decides to return the item and ask for refund – the item must be returned to seller.  Upon receipt of item, I, the seller, will examine item to determine if the item is indeed item sent to buyer and broken.  Claim will be filed and upon receipt of refund from shipping agent, refund will be given to buyer.

-      In the event there is a discrepancy of the legitimacy of damaged claim – Ebay/Etsy Resolution Department will decide the final resolution.

All international shipment will ship via USPS Priority Mail or FED EX/UPS,  whichever is the most economical that can be tracked and possibly insured.
