I’ve had this for the longest time. I think it was a Valentine’s gift from a boyfriend in the late 70-early 80s. Who that might have been I’ve no recollection. The heart is puffed a bit, with an interesting design on it. The chain does not have a clasp. It is 24” long so easily slips over your head. It’s not marked anywhere but it does test. Because it’s not marked I have lowered the price. Please review all photos carefully as they do constitute a large part of the description.

Short answer, no. eBay changed its internal policies and sellers have no option but to comply. Under their guidelines I do not take returns. If I’ve totally mislead you about the description or sent you the wrong item of course I’ll take it back. I want you to be happy so I suggest you talk to me if there is an issue. If a package arrived damaged, please take photos of the package before you open it just in case the item is broken. This covers you. If there is no damage and the item is broken, please advise immediately. Arrangements will be made for return and refund. Please send photos of broken item. PLEASE talk to me BEFORE opening a case with eBay.

Gifts:

I will accept returns on gifts. Some folks are hard to shop for, I understand that. Please notify me that your purchase is a gift for the holidays and I’ll accept returns up to 2 weeks. I will keep a record of all notifications. Holiday theme items are not returnable.

Shipping:

Please note shipping costs are going up. I have no control over this. Budgets have been slashed and manny operations are underfunded at this time. This may cause delays in shipping. I recommend insurance on all packages over $100. I am not responsible for anything lost in transit. I do my best to ship the next day, but it's just not always possible. It's just me, and I care for my 93 year old mother who has dementia. She comes first. All the money I make goes to support her day care while I'm at work. I do combine shipping by weight or flat rate.

International customers:

All packages will ship USPS 1st class unless you request other shipping. Please note that packages over $100 require registration at an additional cost of $20.00. All packages shipped to Italy will require registered mail, no matter the cost. If you do not want registered mail I cannot assume responsibility for loss in shipping. Please contact me to discuss prior to making payment. Buyer is responsible for any taxes or charges levied by your country. I reserve the right to refuse shipment to any area where delivery could be affected by current political or situational activities.
