100% Complete electrolytic Capacitor replacement for Main board as well as Power supply using proper specification, highest quality Japanese Nichicon capacitors.

All capacitors are the top series for the proper spec. Highest lifetime hours at the top temperature spec (105 degrees celcius). When offered for the various series, audiophile grade were used as well!

The audio and video look and sound like it’s brand new from 1995 again! Zero problems even on the original MODE firmware. (They released a update to attempt to hide the issues people had from aging original capacitors - although it wasn’t perfect).

Looks great on my Sony PVM - And sounds great with the volume cranked up on a Yamaha Aventage Receiver and Gallo Acoustics Reference speakers.

The hard drive model was chosen for compatibility, power consumption, as well as longevity. Many think a SSD is best. However the slower bus speeds of a Sega Saturn can’t properly produce any advantage. SSD’s also wear out with time. It would really suck to turn your system on years down the line only to find the drive is dead. Modern SSD’s also have a significantly higher operating/idle wattage when compared to a 1TB conventional drive of this series. More watts=more heat. Heat=the early demise of electronics. The 1TB hard drive in this has a peak startup of only 5 watts while its operating usage is only 1.6 watts!
