Shaped to support the natural structure of the foot and encourage correct alignment while standing and walking. Suitable for women and men, in shoes, boots and trainers.
The contoured arch bridges the gap between the foot and the shoe, supporting the arch in its natural position. That helps relieve the pain and discomfort associated with low or fallen arches and flat feet.
Cushioning and a moulded heel cup provide support under the heel, helping relieve the pain and discomfort associated with irritation of the plantar fascia.
Impact pads sit under the forefoot and the heel, the two points that take most of the load with each step, and absorb shock through the stride.
The fabric surface layer helps reduce foot odour in daily wear.
The insoles are trimmed to your exact size. Remove the existing shoe insole, use it as a template to mark the cutting line, then trim along the guidelines printed on the base of the insole and fit it in place.
