The crest bridges the gap underneath bent toes, giving them something to rest on and encouraging them to sit straighter while worn, which takes pressure off the tips of the toes when you walk or run.

Pressure On The Toe Tips

With the toes supported from below, the impact that would otherwise land on the very ends of the toes is spread across the crest instead, helping relieve the pain and discomfort associated with hammer toe and mallet toe.

Protection

Also helps relieve the discomfort associated with corns, calluses, blisters and bunions by guarding the toes against rubbing and irritation.

Held In Place

A loop slips over one toe to hold the crest exactly where it needs to sit, so it stays put inside the shoe.
