commutator is 4-1/16" in diameter

laminates are about 4-3/8" long

170-1533 is the fan casting number , this fan hub is tapered and has a 1-5/8" ID at the end, which is also keyed.

Commutator is 4-1/16" diameter, 

the shaft is 1" diameter bearing end

the shaft is 1-1/2" diameter up between the windings and the bearing .

copper commutator is wrapped in tape for protection.
