- Orders do not require printing are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders require printing are generally dispatched within 3-7 days after artwork is approved and payment is confirmed. Orders with longer leading time are clearly stated in the product pages. Urgent order, please contact us for quote on additional charge and possibility of whether your deadline be met.
- Customers will be able to trace the delivery online during the entire shipment with a unique tracking number. Customers have the full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address on checkout page before payment. Any changes of address after checkout will not be considered as valid.
- big.zone is not liable for any delay, losses and/or damage of items due to changes of delivery address after checkout, or mistakes made by customers.

When you receive your product and inspect for any damage. Check all components and parts immediately upon arrival of your delivery. On occasion products have been damaged during transport. Seller must be notified immediately. We request the photos of the damaged goods and packaging be provided (if at all possible). We are required to file a claim for shipping damage within seven (7) days, if we are not notified within this period all damage becomes the customers responsibility.
