Buyers must accept the below shipping terms before purchase.

• All products are shipped via Australia Post, Couriers, Road Freight, TNT, StarTrack, DHL, etc. Service may delivered by email.
  
  
• All deliveries are sent as Authority to Leave unless otherwise requested.
  
  
• Delivery rates are based on estimate freight cost to metro area of major cities such as, Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Hobart, Canberra. Postage are subject to alternation for other locations. You should confirm the freight charge with us your delivery address is not within the above range.
  
  
• The handling time for different products are different, please refer to the listing for details. For urgent order, please contact us to confirm the possibility of whether your deadline can be met.
  
  
• Customers are fully responsible with providing the correct delivery address on checkout page before payment. Any changes of address after checkout will not be considered as valid.
  
  
• Re-delivery fee will be charged on buyers for item that is non-deliverable and/or returned to big.zone due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery. Items will only be delivered during normal business hours on weekdays.
  
  
• If you change your mind about your purchase and wish to return the item after receiving it, please note that applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund and a 11% re-stocking fee will apply.

• Returns are accepted within 5 days after receiving items;
• Return must be per-approved by both parties.
• Faulty or/and wrong items received by buyer are eligible for return & exchange or refund. All items must be returned in exact condition as sent. Non-faulty items: Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and is non-refundable.
• Return due to changing of mind will involve a 11% re-stocking fee.
  
• Check all components and parts immediately upon arrival of your delivery. In the case of products are damaged during transport, you need to notify us immediately. We request photos which are showing damage on package & product. We are required to file a claim with shipping companies within Five (5) days of delivered date. If we are not notified within this period, all lost becomes customers responsibility.
