This auction is for a Scarce MINT NEVER HINGED TAGGED PRECANCELED 8c Eisenhower 1971 regular issue sheet stamp Zip Block. It is Scott # 1394 and is precanceled "NEW YORK NY", Precancel Stamp Society Type 85.

The Block is flawless with intact and unblemished mint never hinged original gum. There are no gum skips or fingerprints.
