This is a beginner's instructional Tai Chi workout video featuring David Carradine (star of the television series Kung Fu and the film Kill Bill).  The video is approximately 142 minutes long and is still brand new and sealed in the box.  The box & plastic wrap are overall in good shape though may have some light scuffs, nicks, dents, scratches, or tears from storage, and the disc may have come loose inside the case (I have a number of these for sale and some will have more cosmetic packaging wear than others and from my experience if the disc is loose inside it should hardly be effected & if there is any wear from contact with the disc spindle you should be able to wipe most of it away with a Kleenex and some Windex or other similar cleaning supplies).  Please note too that as shown in the last two pictures there there are two different versions of the disc case/cover art, though the contents of the DVDs are the same and you will receive either one or the other.  This is the region 1 DVD - international buyers please make sure that your DVD can play North American Region 1 DVDs before requesting a shipping price quote.  Please ask if there are any questions.  If being shipped outside of the U.S. please be aware that import taxes may be charged by your Post Office & are the buyer's responsibility to pay.  (Please do not ask me to declare this as a gift with a low value on the Customs forms).
