L-Glutamine is an abundant amino acid found in the blood and in skeletal muscle. L-Glutamine contributes to normal muscle function, including recovery from exercise. The most common use of this supplement is for muscle growth by athletes and bodybuilders. This is due to such a large component of our amino acid make-up being L-glutamine. Supplementing our diet when working out can greatly assist with protein sysnthesis. A much needed amino acid for lean muscle growth and healthy maintenance.

Directions
Dissolve one heaped scoop (5g) of powder twice daily in a liquid of your choice. Store in a cool dry place, out of sight and reach of children. Suitable for vegetarians.
