B+ - Very mild hairline scratches can be seen when VCD is held at an angle to the light which is negligible.

B minus - Hairline scratches but there are quite a few of them can be seen when VCD is held at an angle to the light but does not affect playing. No skipping on VCD.
C - Scratches can be seen when VCD is held at an angle to the light but does not affect playing. No skipping on VCD.
