VINTAGE 1940'S ERA NATIVE AMERICAN
4 STRAND SEED BEAD ON HEMP NECKLACE!
I RECENTLY ACQUIRED A HUGE ESTATE COLLECTION OF VINTAGE AND ANTIQUE FINE AND COSTUME JEWELRY. SHE TRAVELED THE WORLD AS WELL AS THE U.S.A. AND COLLECTED ALL SORTS OF ITEMS. MANY ARE NATIVE AMERICAN AND LISTED FOR AUCTION TODAY IS A WONDERFUL VERY OLD PIECE. IT IS UN-MARKED, WEIGHS APPROXIMATELY 27.4 GRAMS AND MEASURES ABOUT 27" LONG WITH AN ADDITIONAL 3 1/2" CENTERPIECE. IT IS 4 STRANDS OF AMBER AND BLACK TINY SEED BEADS THAT ARE NOT UNIFORM, AND ARE STRUNG ON HEMP. AND THERE ARE 3 STATIONS THAT HOLD THE ROWS AND THAT EACH MEASURE ABOUT 7/8" X 3/8". THE SECTION HAS A BLACK AND BLUE CROSS WITH LOOPED DECORATIONS ACROSS THE BOTTOM. THIS IS NOT A NEW TOURIST PIECE, IT DATES TO THE 1940'S AND IS IN NICE CONDITION AND GOOD WORKING ORDER!
