We ship most of our items out within 1 business day after your order is placed. If you need something sooner than the estimated arrival date, you'll find expedited shipping options are available for most items during the checkout process. 

We offer free returns on most of our items for 30 days. That means if you're unhappy with your item for any reason, we will pay the return shipping for you.  Once we receive your returned item, as long as it is in the same condition as it was sent and within 30 days from when you received it, we will issue you a full refund for the price of your item (less your original shipping).  All returns must be processed through eBay's return system. To initiate a return, go to your purchase history and select "return this item" from the drop down box next to your item. Follow the prompts, and a pre-paid return shipping label will be generated for you.

YOUR ITEM HASN'T ARRIVED YET: If your item is running late, you can check the tracking information which can be found in your purchase history. If the tracking doesn't provide you with an estimated delivery date or seems to be stuck in transit, let us know. We can submit a missing mail request to the carrier, which 99.9% of the time,  gets packages back on track. If it doesn't, or your item has been lost, we will either provide you with an expedited replacement item or issue you a full refund. 

YOUR ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED: If, in the rare occurrance, you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping, we will either promptly provide you with a replacement or issue you a full refund. Please do not throw away the item or the item's packaging. Contact us by opening a request from your purchase history screen and sending us a photo of the damage. We may ask you to hold on the item and it's packaging for a few days so the carrier can inspect it or we may ask you to return it to us, in which case we will provide you with a pre-paid return label.
