This is a John Hot Rod Williams (d'2015) autograph. This originated from a large in person collection. While there is no date, I believe this was signed during his playing career.

It is an index card with a small picture.

 The signature is in purple sharpie. It is a solid and clean autograph.

This card is clean with no creases or other defects. Use the scan as a better judge of condition.
