Each patch is individually made at our shop, although next-generation embroidery equipment is used, some minor production differences might be distinct in each patch. No two pieces are 100% identical. Fabric might shrink or pull during, and after production so please keep on mind that measurements might be off by up to 1/8 of an inch or so.

- Custom Patches can take up to 7 working days to ship

REFUND
- There is no Restocking Fee for stock Items
- No refund or Exchanges for "Custom" Patches
- The refund process will take 3-5 business days. Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.
