• Free UPS Ground shipping to within the continental United States (48 states).

• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S territories, APO/ FPO, Canada and other countries there will be a delivery surcharge.

• Orders will be shipped out from Monday to Friday a week (except holidays). Orders placed before 12:00pm PST will be              shipped out the same day. However, sometimes due to unfortunate circumstances, we may have to delay shipment for            one day.

• Tracking numbers will be sent via email within one business days when the order was shipped. If you did not received a            tracking number, first check your “spam” folder on your email, if it is not there, please send us an eBay message.

• For international order: your country’s import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are not included in the shipping fee.                    Please contact the shipping carrier and your local custom office regarding these fees.

Please confirm your shipping address in the checkout. If your old address is imported from PayPal, please correct it before completing payment.

• We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

• An invoice will be sent to the primary email address listed on your eBay profile within 24 hours of purchase or end of auction. If you do not receive this invoice please check your spam / junk email folder and then contact us.

• Purchase paid via PayPal will be shipped to the “confirmed” name and address on the buyer’s PayPal account. Please call prior to purchase if you would like to ship to a different name on the address.

• E-Checks are accepted, but please not that payment can take about 5 business days to clear. We are instructed by PayPal to allow E-Checks to clear before shipping product. We will only ship product after E-Checks clear, no exceptions.

• ​​​​​​​CNS Autoparts strives to provide 5-star customer service. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, (all parts must be brand new, uninstalled or undamaged in any way) please return it within 60 days of the purchase date.

• All returned items must be well-packed in its original packaging and must contain everything that was originally provided, such as packing materials, manuals, protective wraps and instructions. Returned items that are not in the original packaging in sellable condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

• Returns or exchanges are allowed for damaged or wrong items, and there is NO restocking fee for them. Absolutely no returns on any installed electrical parts.

• All returns must come with an Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) issued by us and return shipping address. If returned items are without RMA #, the package will be refused and the buyer will be held liable for all expenses.

• If your package is lost in transit to us, we are not responsible for any loss or damages and cannot refund you because the item cannot be resold or returned to our supplier. You will be directed to submitting a claim directly to your shipping company requesting any reimbursement.

• In the event that the product you are returning does not meet the requirements described, we will document and prepare a detailed summary of our conclusion as to why the return was denied and will deem the ineligible item for return and will ship it back to you.

• Refunds are issued approximately 2-3 days after we have received your return. Please allow this window of days for inspection and processing time before inquiring about the status of your refund.

• All piston rings, main bearings, and rod bearings that have the manufacturer's original seal and plastic shrink wrap open cannot be returned. There are no exemptions and guarantees the quality of the components you receive.

• CNS Autoparts offers a limited 90 day warranty to all our products. We firmly believe our parts are free from any defects in workmanship, material and that all manufacturing is processed under a strict quality control environment.
  

• The 90 day period is applied from the original date of purchase and is non-transferable. The limited warranty does not cover labor, any damages from accidents or installations, alterations, misuse or modifications not intended by the manufacturer. Warranty and exchanges may be limited to defective and or damaged items during transit to you.
  

• All warranty claims must be authorized and returned prepaid to CNS Autoparts for inspection and approval along with a filled out warranty form. This warranty does not cover or assume responsibility for any expenses, such as labor, towing, loading fluids, oils or car rentals.
  

• Absolutely no exchanges will be made for any products that has been damaged, misused or improperly installed. We highly recommend that a licensed professional bear the responsibility of proper installation. The buyer also assumes risk of possible damage caused by improper installation.
