Perfect to repair or re-purpose.
Bag Velvet fabric is in good condition, Beading is almost perfect, but I see one 1" line that has lost its beading. Lining intact with no holes. Clasp does not close as hinge is broken on one side. closure jaws are metal (slightly rusted) covered by an early plastic with marbleized or shell like design, perhaps celluloid, with 2 small cracks on the back sides of the "jaws".
