This is the Power Supply Board from a brand new Sharp model LC-50Q7030U that suffered a cracked screen during shipping from the factory.  TV was tested for operation, boards were then professionally removed.  This is also the Power Supply Board used in some HiSense model 50R6E, 55R6000E, and 55R6E, and other Sharp models, such as LC-55Q6020U, check part numbers carefully for exact match!!
