These are handle ties are used to join two single pole breaker handles so that they will trip simultaneously by forming a double pole breaker. These are required by Code  when running 3 wire circuits and sharing a neutral, and in many other situations.

 For Use With SIEMENS AND MURRAY  QP, QPH, HQP, BL, BLH, HBL, BQ, BQH, HBQ, MPT, MP-HT, MP-MT. BQHD, QD AND MSQ
