HAND MADE, VERY RARE!

MAYBACH TYP ZEPPELIN DOPPEL-SECHS 8 LITER (DS8) STREAMLINED CABRIOLET 1934-1936

MADE ONLY 12 MODELS TOP UP.

Although it wasn't styled as radically as the Streamline saloon, the cabrio did include some of th style elements that would later be made into features of mouth-watering beauty and actual utility. The biggest turnover from conventional design occurred in the car's rear end which was draped into a flowing mass of steel that encompassed both the cabin and the luggage trunk. The Much leaner surface contrasted withthe still traditionally drawn nose and sidelines, creating a massively visually appealing vihicle. Despite having conserved some of the classic design patterns, the car was tweaked for increased aerodynamic efficiency with the fenders and nose having gained some very small "side-wings" for better air flow.

SCALE 1/43 MODEL MADE OUT OF RESIN.

Master for the body of the model was made by MV 43 in Russia. Based on this master Tin Wizard in Germany then manufactured the kits and all parts, assembled and painted the models with the addition of white metal and photo-etched parts and decals.
