·         Do not use shredded paper or packing peanuts as it may end up inside the cluster.

·         INCLUDE YOUR PAYPAL INVOICE, OR HAND WRITTEN SHEET OF PAPER WITH YOUR RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS, EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER.

·         Skip this step if there is a price for shipping; otherwise send a return shipping label with your unit.
