We've got you covered for another wondrous batch of the ancient brew. This kit includes the honey, C-Bright cleanser, yeast and Fermax (yeast nutrient) to brew another 1 gallon of mead, as well as apple concentrate. Please note that kits are not shown exactly to scale in picture.

• 1.5 pounds of honey - unpasteurized local Idaho honey, fresh from the beekeeper!
• 1 packet of One Step cleanser - sanitize your equipment
• 1 packet of yeast - Premier Rouge dry wine yeast for best aroma (and quicker to "drinkable" stage)
• 1 teaspoon of Fermax yeast nutrient
• 16 oz Apple concentrate - Apples and honey make a wonderful sweet blend. 
• Honey and Apple concentrate are packaged in one bottle.
• Just add water and you're ready to roll
