For maximum transport protection this item will be sent via a pallet delivery service at no extra cost (UK mainland). Once you have placed your order a member of our sales team will be in contact with you to arrange a day that suits you best for delivery.

Your Safety First

Most of our palleted items are large and can be quite heavy. Due to our delivery service being a curbside drop, we recommend that you arrange to get help from someone to move the item. Do not attempt to lift large items on your own.

Payment options

All of our prices are inclusive of VAT. We accept PayPal, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Transfers directly into our Bank Account (contact seller for details) and by cheque, this method of payment may delay dispatch by up to 10 working days. We do offer a Next Day Service on most of our products but on occasions, if orders are received after 1.30pm they may not go out until the next working day. Our opening hours are 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday we are not open on Weekends or Bank Holiday’s please note this may affect your delivery date. Price shown is for UK Mainland deliveries only; if you live outside the UK Mainland please contact us for a carriage quote.

Carriage

This item will be delivered on a pallet; alternatively, delivery/collection can be arranged with the seller. Due to the size of this item, all deliveries will be booked in with the customer prior to dispatch, therefore please provide a daytime telephone number for us to call and arrange a convenient time for you . Returns Policy

In the unlikely case that you are not, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your goods. If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14-day period runs from when you receive the last item. Once your purchase has been returned in the same, resalable condition that you received it in and with all original packaging, we will refund you via the payment method used when purchasing. If you do wish to return your goods, please contact us and we will supply you with a return number to include in the box. If the resale value of the goods has been reduced due to the item or packaging being missing or damaged we retain the right to make a deduction on the final refund value. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
