These are official collectable souvenir Denver Mint large heavy coffee cups.(see second photo)  These cups are in mint condition and like new with very very very minor wear that I can see if any.(see pics)  The inside of the cups look new also.(see last pic)  Could have been used maybe once or twice or maybe never.  Not sure.  These appear to be only available on site physically at the Mint in Denver(may not be there now but I am guessing that is where these came from originally) and are pretty much like new shape.  Can not even find these types of cups on Ebay or other places on the net other then just some older very worn examples for similar prices that may not even be produced by the Mint itself based on the makers mark on the bottom.  Thank you for looking.
