Warranty:
Our item warranty is 90 days, if any problem, we can replace, exchange or refund. But please make sure the item was from me, because our items have warranty mark.
Warm notes:
1. Please DO NOT use fake memory, because most of genuine band motherboards can't support that.
2. Please DO NOT use single-side memory, because some motherboards can't support that.
3. Some CPUs can't be supported by motherboard, please try to update the BIOS, please note that's not motherboard's defect.
4. Some "Can't boot" problem's caused by memory, please clean the memory's gold fingers and clean the motherboard's memory solts.

Shipping & Handling:
1. Usually we need 1-2 days to process the items and prepare to ship it. According to your country, we will use the DHL, EMS, UPS, TNT, DPEX expedited shipping, the tracking number can be offered and tracked.
2. The shipping fees have included the local handing and packaging cost. We will send your item base on your address showed on ebay order page. If your address is P.O.BOX, please give us physical address.
3. We can not mark item as "gift", because the custom office and international government regulations prohibit such behavior, thank you for your understanding.
Custom tax:
1. Please note we're unable to take any responsibility for any custom delay or tax. The fees of import duty/tax are not included in the item price or shipping fee, these are the buyer's responsibility.

Return policy:
Dear buyer, every item is very valuable to us, please know that we won't send bad products, but in case you need replace, exchange or refund, please read folloing policy.
1. Refund. Please send back the item in original package with all the accessories. When you shipped back, please give us tracking number. We'll refund all your money, as soon as got the returned package.
Please note if the package was loss, we only can refund you the shipping cost you paid. If the accessories was not complete, we need the compensation of the lost parts. If the mobo returned with wilful damage, we need the compensation.
2. Replace. Please send back the item in original package, needn't return any accessories. When you shipped back, please give us the tracking number. We'll resend another mobo to you, as soon as we got the returned package.
Please note if the package was loss, we don't resend you any more, then refund you the shipping cost you paid. If the mobo returned with wilful damage, we need the compensation.
