Method of Payments:- We accept all payments through PayPal. Paypal is a safe secure method of payment for both buyers and sellers. When using Paypal, your item/s are covered by the Paypal payment protection programme.
Shipping: We aim to dispatch orders on the same day after receiving cleared payments. Orders placed before 5pm on Mon-Fri will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 5pm will be dispatched on the next working day. (please note working days are mon-fri, 9am-5pm, sat 9am-12pm, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 12pm on a Saturday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Orders placed on Sunday, will be dispatched on Monday. (unless its a bank holiday, in which case the order will be placed on the following Tuesday).
We offer free delivery using Royal Mail or Hermes for most of our products.The delivery time is estimated around 3-5 days after dispatch. If you require the item sooner, an express delivery service is available for a fee.
If you do not receive your item within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will track your item and resolve any issues.
Please be aware that all items are shipped to your Paypal verified address.
Returns: We accept returns up to 30 days after receiving your item. Please contact us to let us know you are returning an item. All items must be returned unused and in resalable condition with all tags intact, with proof of purchase. Buyer pays for all returns. When exchanging please note buyer will also pay the postage for delivery of the exchange item to them. We will issue a refund or an exchange within 1 working day of receiving the item back from you. All refunds will be processed in the same way the buyer originally paid. Please state whether you will require an exchange or a refund. If you require an exchange, pease give details of the item you would like in exchange. ie: item, item number, colour, size.
