A ready-to-serve sauce of fresh cucumbers and seasoning in a creamy "sour cream" textured mixture, tzatziki (tsaziki) is the perfect complement to gyro sandwiches or great when spread over bread, crackers, or pita.

Serving size 2 Tbsp. (28 g.) Yields approximately 57 servings per container. 

Sauce cannot be frozen and has a shelf life of 60-75 days.

Ingredients: sauce base (water, partially hydrogenated palm kernel oil, buttermilk powder, corn syrup, sour cream stabilizer, sodium caseinate, soy mono- and di-glycerides, salt, potassium sorbate, sodium citrate, natural flavor and cultures, cucumbers, seasoning mix, contains less than 2% or less of water, vinegar, soybean oil, dehydrated garlic, and lemon juice concentrate.
