Shipping costs: Within the United States, shipping is FREE. If you reside in the state of Georgia, then you would also add 6% sales tax to the price of the item. We only ship to Paypal confirmed addresses only, no exceptions. For international buyers, shipping is $35.  Please note that all shipping charges are included with the insurance, we buy the insurance from a 3rd party insurance company, and the amount will not shown on the postage.Custom Duties:  Buyers are responsible for all custom responsibilities and duties.  Authentic Time Inc do not cover, reimburse, or refund on the tax charges.  However, we can declare low value upon request.

Payment Methods Accepted: US buyers are to pay within 7 days after auction end with Paypal only. For international buyers, we only accept international Paypal payment up to $5000 USD. For any international payments over $5000 USD, the international buyer must make payment via bank wire transfer. There is no exception on the payment policy.

Return Policy: 3 day return privilege. The return privilege is in place for the purpose of making sure that our customers know we are honorable reasonable business people. Please understand that we guarantee all of our items to be at least exactly what our auctions say they are. You will need to contact us before returning items to us.
