Reinforced steel arm protrudes 42 CM from the wall and can withstand heavy bags up to 60 KGS with ease. Three bolt points, 2 on top across (23.3 CM) and 1 aligned 37 CM below, attaches perfectly into brick or block walls. The Boxed set includes D Shackle to hang bags.
