DOMESTIC SHIPMENT

·        ►USPS is being used as a shipping method.

·        ►Next day air shipment and local pickups are not available.

·        ►We ship to all US States and territories for free shipping.

·        ►California residents will be charged for sales tax.

·        ►An automatically generated tracking number is given for all orders.

·        ►If the item is returned back to us due to an incorrect address, then customers are responsible for paying the second shipment.

·        ►All orders are shipped within 24 hours after receiving the payment

·       ►International buyers are responsible for all applicable custom duties within their country.

·       ►Charges of shipping two or more items may vary. Please contact us additionally.

·       ►We take full responsibility of any item that has been lost or damaged during shipping with tracking information. We will replace & ship back FREE of charge to you.

RETURN POLICY

·       ► If item was received defective or was sent wrong, please contact us with photo evidence within 30 days of item received. A prepaid return label will be provided for returning the defective/wrong item to us and the replacement will be sent at our cost.

·       ►If the buyer had a wrong purchase or changed his mind than the purchased item must be returned back within 30 days after the delivery date. Products must be returned at buyer's cost unused in 100% complete condition, including all components, original boxes and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

► ►Refund will be issued after returned item received. The original shipping cost will be deducted from the purchase amount, as well as if any additional taxes or extra shipping costs included.

·       ►  All items if returned must include the buyer's eBay username, name and return reasons

·       ►If refund/exchange is required for transactions more than 45 days, extra 10% restocking fee will apply.

·       ►  Feedback will be automatically left through our automated system, once we have received your positive feedback that is much appreciated.

·       ►  Please contact us if you have not received any return positive feedback from us, we will gladly leave you feedback.

·       ►Neutral feedback received, will be given positive feedback as well. Negative feedback received will be given a manual feedback in return by us.

·       ►Please note: negative feedback will void the warranty on your purchased item/s regardless & will be blocked.

·       ►Please contact us regarding negative feedback, we will try our best to come to an agreement.
