Why do I need to replace my Re-circ valve? 

The standard Ford valve has a diaphragm design that can collapse and cause boost leaks in conjunction with a spring only rated for standard boost pressure, once you have re-mapped vehicle the boost pressure is increased and this can cause the above faults. 

Turbosmart Shortie Kompact Series valves have been specifically designed to suit BorgWarner EFR and KKK turbos. They also fit the popular Ford Ecoboost engines.

Unlike the standard, plastic valves that use un-reinforced diaphragms and are known to crack under increased boost,  the new BW/KKK/Ecoboost Kompact valves use O-Ring sealed piston which, coupled with their billet aluminium construction give them over 30PSI boost handling capability.

Designed as a bolt-on replacement of the factory valve on all BorgWarner EFR, KKK and Ecoboost turbos, the Kompact Shortie Plumb Back provides better boost response and greater boost handling capability. 

Included with each  Kompact Shortie kit is:
Model specific valve, Straight and Banjo Nipples, Mounting screws and Spring clamps.

Important note. Warranty does not cover vehicles with leaking turbo oil seals, the oil leaking from the turbo coats inside the Re-circ valve then dry's on and can cause the piston to stick on operation.

We offer a 14 day warranty on all parts supplied by ND-Tuning. We insist that any fitment of parts be undertaken by a professional! Failure to do so will invalidate any warranty offered. We have a dedicated customer service team that will happily assist you in the rare event of a fault with any supplied part. We will refund any faulty item in full, but the buyer must cover the return shipping and we with refund in full plus the return shipping once we have inspected the item.
