Original brown cloth hardback with gilt titles to the front. In nice condition, with light wear and bumping to the edges, light rubbing to boards (see pictures). Front hinge cracked but binding sound and square. Original brown endpapers. An interesting book with some discussions on The Nationality of Gipsies, Was John Bunyan a Gipsy, Mrs Carlyle and The Gipsies and Do Snakes Swallow Their Young . A very nice copy of this very scarce book.
