HOLLAND.  A pencil drawing entitled “Dutchmen who are fat and also ugly sometimes smoke.” It also notes this as ‘on the Rhine’.  Dated Sept 1st 1839, and initialled R.H.   Mounted onto an album sheet, and the edges has a decorative serrated border.
