This is a white ceramic santoku knife.

 It is 26cm (10.2") long and the blade is 14cm(5.5") long.

 This ceramic knife is totally impervious to acids, juices, oils...and will never rust.

 It is also well balanced, extremely light (90 grammes), 

has an ergonomic handle which reduces fatigue or pain in your hand.

The handle is made of nonslip ABS resin, 

very comfortable to hold and work with.

It can break if you let it fall. Don't cut through bones or frozen food.

Double edged for right and left handed.
