Being an Australian business, your purchase is guaranteed for 12 months. Be wary of sellers that indicate their location as Australia but are actually based in China (check their member page). PayPal will only protect your purchase for 3 months if their product fails!

DELIVERIES TO BUSINESSES MUST HAVE THE BUSINESS NAME IN THE ADDRESS. WITHOUT THIS, YOUR SHIPMENT MAY BE RETURNED TO US IN WHICH CASE WE WILL NEED TO CHARGE YOU FOR THE SHIPPING AGAIN.

ALL ELECTRICAL ITEMS ARE 12 VOLT UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN THE ITEM DESCRIPTION.

DELIVERIES TO WA: TRANSIT TIME IS 5 TO 8 BUSINESS DAYS.

All our products come with a 12 month warranty. Should your item be faulty, we will replace it for you at our expense. ANY ELECTRICAL ITEM NOT INSTALLED BY A QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN MAY VOID THIS WARRANTY.

Orders received by 2pm (ACST/ACDT) ship same day. Orders received after 2pm ship the following business day. 

Please ensure this item is compatible with your bike. We will not take responsibility for customers who purchase parts that turn out not to be compatible with their bike.
