UK: Standard (RoyalMail48) postage FREE (untracked). Optional Royal Mail Tracked24 (next day delivery) available at flat extra charge however many items bought. Our free RM48 option is meant to arrive in 2-4 days and usually does - but can take a week or even more occasionally - particularly since RM do not now deliver untracked post every day. If it's urgent, please consider paying a little extra at checkout for Tracked24 service - which does reliably get delivered next day (and with tracking).

    We despatch everything by next working day at worst - usually same working day if ordered by mid-afternoon (and always same day if ordered 1st class by 3.00).

    UK orders despatched by 1st or 2nd class mail as you choose at payment
    Larger packages sometimes by Royal Mail tracked or Parcelforce at our discretion

    International orders mainly sent small packet airmail, or GLS for larger packages. 

    Guideline times: Western Europe 1 week; Rest of Europe 1-2 weeks; Rest of World 2-3 weeks but airmail is a bit unpredictable and can often be better or worse than this!

    Returns

    								Please advise us by ebay message / email orders@signs-unique.co.uk if you want to return anything. We are generally happy to receive goods back in same condition they were received. If item is faulty in some way, we will pay return postage.
