  • All items are dispatched within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.
  • Pick up from our showroom in Clayton South 3169 is available 9.30am - 5.30pm weekdays. Please send us a message for showroom address.
  • Expected regular service delivery times range from 2-6 business days. Remote areas and deliveries to WA may take longer. Regular delivery times should be used as a guide only.
  • Expected express service delivery times range from 1-3 business days, metro to metro. See Australia Post website for more details.
  • Tracking numbers are not provided for some low value items. Please contact us if an untracked item is not received within 10 business days.
  • The postage component will not be refunded for any orders cancelled after dispatch.
  • The postage component will not be refunded for any orders returned due to a change of mind.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery requests if items are sent back by Australia Post due to the item not being collected.
