MAJOR SILL KIT

Picture 1 and 2 above show all the components in our most comprehensive sill repair kit.
 Picture 3 and 4 show how the outer repairs are cut to fit round the A and B posts. Picture 4 illustrated how the inner and outer parts configure.
Should you need it.
This kit is designed to replace the entire inner sill and repair the outer sill with the absolute minimum effort.
The kit consists of 2 x body mounting bush sets, 1 x seat belt anchor point, 2 x body mount brackets, 1 x lower wheel arch to sill plate, 1 x foot well support and sill end cap,1 x 4 door outer sill special including the door seal retaining strip, 1 x  ‘A’ post repair boot 1 X ‘B’ post repair boot and 10 X plastic sill fixings.

We can build you a kit for all models and kits that incorporate full outer sills if required.

 Outer sections and pillar repairs are made from 1.2mm and 1.5 mm zintec coated steel, the inner sill from 3mm mild steel supplied with heavy duty mounts and brackets.

Will fit Range Rover Cassic 5 door 89 (phase 5) onwards.
